La chronique d'Eléonore :
MOZART WEEK 26
28 1 26
EMMANUEL PAHUD & ERIC LE SAGE
Mozart : violin sonata in B-flat major
Clara Schumann : Three romances
Mozart : violin sonata in C major
Mozart : violin sonata in E minor
Robert Schumann : Three romances
Mozart : violin sonata in C major arranged by Emmanuel Pahud for flute and piano
This morning concert brought familiar moments.
It was superb to listen, once again, to these two fantastic musicians I heard several times in Budapest where they played not only together, but we had concerts also with Emmanuel Pahud and Francois Leleux.
The phenomenal, exceptional high-quality art of Pahud and his 14-karat gold flute fascinated me. Every moment of his play had a high degree of emotion.
The piano playing of Eric Le Sage takes my breath every time away. His incredible intensity, the power of his play and his unique ability to touch the piano keys in the softest way offer pure delight.
After the huge success of their official program, the encore was a piece by Mahler.
What a great musical morning with joy and emotions at the Mozart Week.
KÖSZÖNÖM, ROLANDO!
