Ayer, 6 de octubre, se hizo pública la lista de los ganadores de los GRAMOPHONE AWARDS 2011, en sus distintas categorias. EL DVD de Don Carlo (ROH), con Rolando Villazón, Simon Keenlyside, Marina Poplavskaya y Feruccio Furlanetto, dirigido por Antonio Pappano, se llevó el premio DVD Perfomance. Otros ganadores fueron Gustavo Dudamel, (Artist of the Year), Jonas Kaufmann -Verismo Arias (Recital) y Sir John Elliot Gardiner - SDG Bach Cantatas series (Special Acheivement Award).
