An unsurpassable trio at the Konzerthaus

A welcome applause full of deep affection and appreciation greeted Rolando stepping onto stage.

Rolando says : Mozart lives.

Interpreted by Rolando, Mozart lived in every moment, in every note at the Konzerthaus.

Sung with the most magical and beautiful voice, Mozart's operatic and concert arias were extremely alive, with heightened vitality, with a zest for life. They were vibrant, full of spirit.

The performance of every aria was exceptional.

But it always is.

Rolando adds something plus, something supplementary that makes him special and unique.

I love the recitativos. They allow the artist to maximize the complete range of performance and emotional expression.

All these are extremely powerful by Rolando with his fantastic stage presence and emotive power.

Two exceptionally magical moments, "Primi inter absolute pares", these first notes : "Voi che fausti" and "Fuor del mar".

In Vienna, soprano Ekaterina Protsenko-Paulsson was Rolando's partner. She performed two different characters as Papagena and as Pamina with beautiful singing.

For this concert, I chose the last row of the gallery. The acoustics of this concert hall is everywhere fantastic, but I know that this place offers an acoustic experience like no other, allowing me to focus on the radiant beauty of Rolando's voice and on its emotionally expressive quality.

The voice raises, completely surrounds me and hugs me tightly.

After three magnificent encores, the audience was determined, their applause kepting Rolando from leaving the stage without a fourth one.
