ROLANDO VILLAZÓN Y SEBASTIAN WARTIG - AU FOND DU TEMPLE SAINT (STARS VON MORGEN 1/12/2013)

Aquí tenéis el vídeo de Rolando Villazón y Sebastian Wartig - uno de los participantes- en una estupenda interpretación de Au fond du temple saint, el duo de Zurga y Nadir, de Les pêcheurs de perles de Bizet. Pertenece al programa de hoy de Stars von Morgen, el primero de los cuatro que  se emitiran en diciembre por ARTE y ZDF (los días 1, 8, 15 y 22). Si me es posible, próximamente pondré el resto de interpretaciones.

    Thank you Teresa - I really enjoyed this clip. As usual, Rolando gives his "all" with open arms in a lovely rendition of a favourite duet! Sebastian Wartig has a fine baritone voice - which should only grow richer as he gets older!

    It's gorgeous, inspiring. I wonder how Bizet could have imagined such beautiful music. It's a miracle. And of course the singers, Rolando and Sabastian, give it what it needs to soar.
