Bien que je ne comprenne pas l'Allemand, mon envie et ma curiosité m'ont incitée à assister à l'enregistrement de l'excellente émission STARS von MORGEN, dont Rolando est le modérateur.

Estas fotos, o algunas de ellas, ya eran conocidas por nosotros, pero hoy hemos sabido porqué parece que la recepción privada de la Embajada de México en Berlin, con Plácido Domingo y Rolando Villazón, en 2006, "tuvo lugar" en la cocina.

EN EL CENTENARIO DEL NACIMIENTO DE LUIS MARIANO, UNAS PALABRAS DE ROLANDO VILLAZÓN

Hoy 13 de agosto, Luis Mariano hubiera cumplido 100 años: nació el 13 de agosto de 1914 en el municipio vasco de Irún. Su familia se exilió a Francia al comenzar la Guerra Civil Española, y en este país de desarrolló su carrera y alcanzó una popularidad muy notable como tenor ligero, en películas musicales, pero, sobre todo, como intérprete de operetas (Le chanteur de Mexico, La belle de Cadix...). Falleció en París el 14 de julio de 1970.

Ayer domingo se emitió por ARTE TV la edición del programa "Mission incognito" dedicada al flahsmob de Rolando Villazón y el coro Berliner Kantorei, cantando el Hallelujah (Messiah, Händel) en los almacenes KaDeWe de Berlin.

'Ist das Baden-Baden Festspielhaus?'

Mozart is a magician.... With Verdi, Donizetti, Wagner, etc..., I have my favourite pieces, I know exactly which operas are my 'Number One'-s. With Mozart, I am unable to choose, my favourite opera is always the one I am listening to. In these days, in Baden-Baden - The Abduction from the Seraglio, a work with extremely challenging vocals, a colourful and exotic treasure alternating comic and deeply dramatic scenes, 'Turkish' music and spoken monologues and dialogues, 'antecedents' of the famous recitatives.

El 10 de agosto, a las 13 h., se ofrecerá por ARTE TV (en francés y alemán, según canal) el documental (?) MISSION INCOGNITO: ROLANDO VILLAZÓN. El programa consiste en que un famoso artista se funde con la multitud sin revelar su identidad para montar una actuación sorpresa.
